Sheheryar Sardar
Sheheryar has represented a diverse group of technology, consumer goods, manufacturing, textile, business-to-business, retail, and entertainment companies. This includes e-commerce, software, analytics, digital media, social, gaming, and data; financial services firms and global banking institutions; consumer and product companies; creative and advertising agencies; crowdfunding and investment vehicles; and professionals as outside General Counsel and Strategic Advisor. Sheheryar started his career working with The Coca-Cola Company and Scientific Atlanta (Cisco), having founded his firm in 2009 in New York. What began as a legal startup steadily transformed into a robust practice serving a growing entrepreneurial base during the Recession.
Sheheryar has since advised clients through their entire business lifecycle, including company formation, corporate governance and shareholder matters, seed and series funding transactions, privacy and data protection, federal and state securities compliance and registration, taxation, founders' equity and stock issuance, commercial contracts, entry into U.S. markets, cross-border transactions across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, arbitration, and conducting complex commercial litigation in New York courts.
Sheheryar also served as an attorney with Axiom, a global provider of sophisticated and complex legal services to Fortune 100 company clients. In this capacity, Sheheryar has worked with hedge funds, broker-dealers, global investment banks, and technology companies, addressing complex commercial agreements and regulatory matters.
